Newer, faster, and more radical scooters come into reach of scooter-loving mortals like us every month. It’s possible that this period of time will go by virtually as rapidly as the scooters. Therefore, it could be wise to choose one quickly if you must.
Since the days when we had to propel ourselves forward with our feet, scooters have advanced significantly. It was only a matter of time after the popularity of electric two-wheelers before people began combining batteries and electric motors to create the ideal urban transportation.
Well, in this article, I’ll be listing the best and fastest electric scooters in today’s industrial world. Note that this article is not sponsored, all the electric scooters listed below are based on the best and the top-performing ones in today’s market.
So, let’s dive in!

Fastest electric scooters
The followings are the lists of the bests and fastest electric scooters you should consider:
- Dualtron Thunder II
- Bronco Xtreme 11 Sport
- WEPED SS
- Rion 2RE70 Thrust
- NAMI Burn-E (Viper)
- Dualtron X2 Up
- Kaabo Wolf King
- Dualtron Storm Limited
- Weped FS
- Rion RE90
Dualtron Thunder II
The Dualtron Thunder 2 will reach 55 mph, making it one of the quickest E-scooters on this list, but what really makes it appealing is that it is made to last. This is the most durable model of E-Scooter available; it is made of the same aluminum alloy used in the manufacture of airplanes and features a stainless-steel handlebar shaft.
Given its off-road aspirations, it is surprising that there is no suspension; nonetheless, the hydraulic brakes include ABS. Even better, they have a 107-mile range and a six-hour charge time with the optional fast charger. It weighs only 105 pounds and has a carrying capacity of 265 pounds. There is a $4,500 cost.
One of the quickest and most potent 60V scooters ever produced, the Dualtron Thunder, was given a massive 72V battery, a smooth double-click throttle, and had its peak output power doubled by Minimotors.
They thankfully also gave it the biggest battery we’ve ever seen. So, you don’t have to be concerned about the battery gauge and may ride it as hard as your sanity, safety, and local law enforcement will allow. Additionally, you won’t have to worry about flat tires because the new flat-proof tires (which we tested and found to work) already come with them. One of the few scooters that will travel farther and faster than we want to go is this one.

Bronco Xtreme 11 Sport
The Bronco Xtreme 11 Sport is not significantly slower than the three scooters mentioned above, with a top speed of 70 mph, but it is also significantly less expensive ($3,99), making it somewhat of a steal in this market. Its ultra-wide CST Urban Tires are designed to handle wet and even loose surfaces. The rear air-shock works in conjunction with the coil front suspension, and a steering damper is also installed.
The extremely wide deck, with room for even the largest feet and carrying capacities of 265 pounds and 35 degrees of incline climbing, is a major benefit. Additionally, an LCD display is present, which among other things shows the battery level.

WEPED SS
The Weped SS is a unicorn, not just because rainbow-colored lights occasionally blanket it, but also because it’s quite unlikely that you’ll ever get to see one in person. Even more difficult to come by than the scooters themselves are peak speed measurements for unmodified Wepeds, although according to two sources, the top speed of the standard SS is 56 mph. Although the Weped is an outlier, sneaking into our Top 10 without any GPS data, it is simply too well-known for its speed to be left off of this list.
If you own an unmodified Weped and have speed statistics, kindly send it to us or stop by our shop so that your scooter can be added to this list of the quickest in the world.

Rion 2RE70 Thrust
It is remarkable that such a vehicle is permitted to be used on city streets in a world where there are ever-stricter regulations regarding what, where, and how we ride. The Rion can travel at least 80 mph depending on the rider’s weight, which is absolutely insane. What’s even better is that the Rion website indicates that the top speed is restricted! With the limiter disabled, what speed can it reach?
It has two engines and is primarily made of carbon fiber and aluminum. It also has slick tires. It weighs 69 pounds, which isn’t particularly light, but at such speeds, you probably want as much weight as you can get. And what is the cost of all this speed? A nice $10,000. Junior might need to prepare for this one.

NAMI Burn-E (Viper)
One of the best and fastest scooters we’ve ever tried. In our database, we track 16 performance parameters, and the BURN-E smashed 13 of them.
Thankfully, it boasts the best throttle response of any scooter we’ve tested, enabling us to easily ride at 5 mph or 50 mph without switching riding modes. Surprisingly, not only is it the fastest scooter we’ve tested, but it also has one of the longest ranges at 53.3 miles.

Dualtron X2 Up
The scooters appear to get better the slower you want to go. Even though it can carry a massive 330 pounds for up to 91 miles and is faster to charge than the competition, the Dualtron X2 Up still has a top speed of 69 mph, which is more than enough for anyone who values their life.
It has significantly larger wheels—13 inches as opposed to the 11 and 12 inches on the others—that are hydraulically suspended in front and back and coupled to the chassis. However, the weight is increasing, and the Bronco weighs 145 pounds, so you won’t be able to transport it very far. At $3,999, this product is well-priced.

Kaabo Wolf King
The frame and forks of the 72V Wolf King are made of gold, and it resembles a 60V Wolf Warrior perfectly. However, the distinction is noticeable the moment you press the accelerator (and a little startling).
Kaabo’s Wolf King is a scooter that demands your complete focus when it is operating at peak performance. You receive the fastest electric scooter on the planet in terms of speed to money in exchange for your careful riding.

Dualtron Storm Limited
Outright peak speed is the Rion’s specialty, but the Dualtron Storm Limited is a much more useful option. Although the range is nearly tripled to 124 miles, it loses 5 mph off the peak speed (which is still horrifying). We’d love to know how they got that speed and what conditions they were operating under.
If we stated the Rion was heavy, we withdraw that statement because the Dualtron weighs 111 pounds. You must assume that such a weight indicates a robust build quality and a long lifespan.
It is made of aluminum alloy of aircraft grade and can carry 265 pounds. In addition to having front and rear suspension, it also boasts an ABS-equipped front hydraulic disc brake! The tires are said to be flat-proof and have tread. At $7,000, the cost is more bearable than the Rion’s.

Weped FS
Only half a mile per hour slower than the Dualtron, the Weped should not even notice long, steep slopes because of its far more potent motor.
However, the weight is steadily increasing: 121 pounds for the Weped FS indicates that we are approaching the realm of electric scooters that you can’t lift and carry into your flat, which starts to kind of defeat their purpose of them.
Despite the fact that ABS is not mentioned anywhere on Weped’s website, the front and rear suspensions are installed on the quirky aluminum chassis and handlebar posts. The FS is a limited-edition electric scooter that can only be ordered directly from the manufacturer. Around $9,000 in price!

Rion RE90
True racing machines are so perfectly honed that if you take away any one component, they will stop working.
The Rion RE90 definitely meets this criterion. Being so pure, it doesn’t even have a kickstand (just like all racing motorcycles). Its title as the fastest scooter in the world is well deserved. It is a scooter of uncompromising design and “money is no object” manufacturing. NOTE: Alien Rides measures speed as a function of distance and time.
