Review

I am really appreciative of the recommendation for this book. Events that leave us feeling wounded or furious occur throughout our life’s journey. At times, we are unable to pinpoint the source of our anger, but we know it exists deep within us.

We sometimes don’t know what sets off our feelings or behaviours, and this book, Radical Forgiveness, explains why patterns form in our life. Together with a book I had just finished reading, this one provided all the answers to my questions about my personal life. not only old problems, but also problems I’m facing right now.

In our fear-based, irate, and blame-focused world, we have been taught that our actions and words are the result of someone else’s actions, and we live in our own heads. Our hearts carry our memories and feelings, so they are more than simply an organ that keeps us alive.

Many of us have extremely closed and protected hearts that prevent love from entering or leaving us. We experience a great deal of suffering because of our blocked hearts, but as we learn to open them, we start to see improvements in our lives. People around us are not something we want or can alter.

We are the only ones who can change, and once we do, we start to see changes in others around us. For my whole life, I have looked for methods to feel better and more appreciated. Every book I’ve read in the past four and a half years has the same message: we must learn to live from the heart.

It is the goal of this book to explain how we might make life happy rather than painful. I hope your life goes through constant change. Most people find change frightening, but once you go through even a small good shift, you won’t be able to go back. Our lives will change forever if we learn to live in the present since our ideas shape our reality.

At the age of 56, the “Holy Grail” is this book, Radical Forgiveness, and the other book I just finished reading. You must be willing to listen to this book if you want to truly grasp why we or others do the things that we do.

Although I have experienced numerous life-altering events over the last four and a half years, this book has truly given me a fresh perspective on what it means to live from the heart. I strongly suggest this book to everyone who genuinely wishes to transform their life.
